Classes follow a circuit training format. Exercises at each station adaptable for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
In the next couple of months looking to start up a new fitness class in Meddon, pace and exercises of Meddon class will be more gentle than the other classes I currently run.
While it always helps me if you let me know in advance if you plan to start coming to a class, you are also welcome to simply turn up to the class if that suits you, -at least while I’m not yet at maximum capacity in terms of class numbers!
